Helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity and change
Organizations are navigating unprecedented change. Leaders are expected to make sense of complexity, guide their people through uncertainty, and continue delivering results. Pathways creates space to gain perspective and move forward with intention.
Where reflection meets momentum.
Philosophy
The way we work is changing faster than ever before. Organizations are navigating new technologies, evolving workforce expectations, and increasing complexity. At the same time, leaders are being asked to guide teams through transformation while maintaining performance — often while processing the change themselves.
When people face uncertainty, they pay closer attention to leadership. They notice how decisions are communicated, how challenges are addressed, and whether there is space for questions, feedback, and dialogue.
In fast-moving environments, it's easy to become consumed by competing priorities and constant demands. Sometimes the most valuable thing a leader can do is create the space to step back, think, and move forward with intention.
Pathways creates that space.
Through executive coaching, leadership coaching, and workforce insights, Pathways helps leaders navigate change, understand how their people are experiencing it, and build environments where people can adapt, contribute, and thrive.
NOW UNDERWAY: Pathways AI Adoption Study
Pathways is conducting a practitioner study exploring how leaders are experiencing AI adoption. Between July and September 2026, we're speaking with 25+ leaders across industries to better understand how organizations are navigating AI-related transitions, what leaders are observing and hearing from employees, and how they're supporting teams through ambiguity and change.
Conversations are 30 minutes, fully confidential, and participants will receive a complimentary copy of the findings report. All insights will be shared in aggregate only. We're grateful to the leaders who have already agreed to participate.
If you're leading through AI adoption efforts and would be willing to share your perspective, we'd welcome the conversation.

Ways to Work Together
-

Executive Coaching
Coaching for senior leaders navigating growth, organizational change, and evolving expectations.
Drawing on a consulting background in transformation and change, engagements are designed around real-world leadership challenges and structured to deliver both reflection and results. Engagements may include the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) 360 assessment and debrief, the Pathways Leadership Journal, stakeholder interviews, and individualized leadership development planning.
-

Leadership Coaching
Coaching and leadership support for emerging leaders preparing for greater responsibility.
Engagements focus on building self-awareness, communication, influence, and leadership presence through practical application and reflection. Similar to executive coaching, engagements may include the ELI assessment and debrief, the Pathways Leadership Journal, and individualized leadership development planning. Additionally, group coaching may be offered.
-

Workforce Insights
Employee listening and organizational insight engagements designed to help leaders better understand how change is being experienced across their workforce.
Through interviews, listening sessions, and thematic analysis, these engagements surface perspectives, concerns, and opportunities that may not be visible through traditional metrics alone.
Particularly relevant for organizations navigating AI adoption, workforce transformation, cultural change, and new ways of working.
My Approach
Leadership shapes how people experience work, particularly during periods of complexity and change. People don't experience organizational strategy, culture transformation, or new initiatives in the abstract. They experience them through the leaders who communicate clearly, invite dialogue, and make space for learning.
I've seen firsthand how strategy, culture, leadership, and employee experience are deeply connected. I've also seen that the organizations best equipped to navigate change aren't simply the ones with the strongest plans—they're the ones where leaders create environments in which people feel supported, empowered, and able to do their best work.
Whether through executive coaching, leadership coaching, or workforce insights, Pathways exists to help leaders create environments where teams can thrive.

About Samira
I founded Pathways Coaching & Consulting after more than two decades working alongside leaders navigating some of the most demanding moments in their organizations — growth, transformation, restructuring, and change.
Throughout my career, I was consistently drawn to the human side of the work: understanding what leaders were carrying, helping teams make sense of change, and supporting people as they found their footing in new and more complex roles.
I've navigated many of these same pressures firsthand — and that experience shapes how I show up for every client.
My experience spans organizations including JPMorgan Chase, Fannie Mae, Booz Allen Hamilton, BDO USA, and Blue Beyond Consulting — across financial services, aerospace, technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.
Over the years, I've seen how leadership shapes the way people experience change — and how that experience influences engagement, performance, and results.
Today I bring together consulting experience, organizational change expertise, and professional coach training to help leaders make sense of complexity, lead through uncertainty, and guide meaningful change.
