My approach is warm, reflective, and practical. I create space for people to pause, step back from the noise, and make sense of what’s unfolding — both internally and externally.
This work is shaped by more than 20 years of consulting and corporate change leadership across complex and evolving environments. I bring both lived experience and structure to questions that don’t have simple answers — particularly in moments where expectations, roles, and ways of working are shifting.
My professional background spans organizational change, culture transformation, and leadership support, with a focus on helping leaders translate insight into meaningful action in the context of their day-to-day work.
About Samira
I founded Pathways Coaching & Consulting after reflecting on the moments in my own life and career that called for navigating ambiguity and finding a different way forward.
After more than two decades in consulting and corporate leadership, I recognized that the work that most energized me was connecting with people, understanding their stories, and supporting them as they worked through meaningful moments of transition and growth in their roles and careers.
My experience includes work with organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Fannie Mae, Booz Allen Hamilton (including work with NASA), and consulting environments supporting clients across technology, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked through periods of growth, acquisition, and organizational change, and have experienced firsthand how leadership expectations, cultures, and priorities evolve over time.
Today, I bring together that experience with professional coach training to support individuals, leaders, and organizations as they navigate pivotal moments of their own.
